Initial delivery of the offshore business construction and employee housing site development project

The company completed all the work related to the external works project and the development of the employee housing site at King Abdulaziz Medical City in Jeddah, and initially handed over the project to the owner of the Health Affairs Ministry of the National Guard. The project includes the construction of infrastructure for housing new employees at King Abdulaziz Medical City, and includes extension works for the sewage network with a length of 3,612 linear meters, rainwater drainage work, fire network work for employee housing buildings, and implementation of a water supply network for workers’ housing.

It also included the installation of 4 transformers unit for the entire site, constructing a water tank with a capacity of 3,400 m3, carrying out asphalt works for internal roads with an area of 23,400 m2, and preparing the site for future expansions of the project. The project work was implemented according to the work schedule within 15 months, and the project value is estimated at 18,743,023 riyals.
